kristen was first my friend's brother. then my best friend's sister-in-law. then a photography mentor. then a friend. then my wedding photographer. but most importantly, my friend. in every element i've seen her, every context, every situation, she never ceases to impress me. with her kindness, her smile, her joy for being alive and living in the exact moment that she's in. it's like everything that happens is a gift, big or small, good or bad. she's a person that you feel better for knowing and happier after being around. her and tim created two of the loveliest children on the face of the earth, and the joy and happiness just expands... i love seeing them all together. kristen is an awesome photographer so she has plenty of amazing photos of her kids. together. alone. with tim. but not many of all four of them, which i can totally relate to! the goal was to capture some of them being the awesome happy family that they are and i hope i did that. these are my favorites...
